Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind): To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).
Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at goals@footballfever.in within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic or video evidence to help us assess the issue quickly. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement, re-print, or a full refund, as applicable, at no additional cost to you. The "unworn or unused" condition may not strictly apply in these circumstances, but the item should be returned with original tags and packaging if possible.
How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at goals@footballfever.in. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Given the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, certain types of items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature or hygiene reasons. These include:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items that were correctly printed as per your order specifications).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items for change of mind reasons. However, if a sale item is defective, damaged, or not as described, our standard return policy for such issues applies.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
As per Indian consumer protection regulations, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date your return is approved. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, or if you have any concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at goals@footballfever.in.
We offer 7 days return, if the product is damaged or defective.
Approved refund will be credited to the Original payment method within 7-14 business days. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-10 Business days.
