At Football Fever, we are committed to delivering your custom-printed football merchandise to you efficiently and reliably. As a print-on-demand business, each item is uniquely created for you after your order is placed. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
1. Order Processing Time

Production Time: Since each product is custom-printed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. This time may vary during peak seasons or for complex designs, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST] will begin processing on the next business day.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely. Our primary shipping carriers within India may include Blue Dart, India Post, FedEx, DHL Express.
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Costs
Domestic orders come with free standard shipping on all orders.

Please note: International shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. (See Section 7 for more details).

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are provided by our carriers and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays, public holidays).

Estimated delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination. You will see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout. Typically, international orders can take 10-25 business days after dispatch.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping and Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:

Events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We will, however, assist you in tracking your package and resolving issues with the carrier where possible.
7. International Shipping - Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unreachable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to incorrect address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier attempts delivery multiple times and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Refusal of Package: If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order (e.g., due to customs charges), no refund will be issued.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (take photos of the package and its contents) and contact us at goals@footballfever.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at goals@footballfever.in within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take time, and resolutions are subject to the carrier's policies.
